An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Customer Service Administrator. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and will be paying an annual salary of between £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience. \n\nAs the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for: \n\nAssisting the Service/Installations Manager & Supervisor.\nAnswering the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly and handle all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality.
\nMonitor the Service email inbox and deal with any enquires.\nEnsure all service calls are logged promptly onto the customer-based systems\nArrange for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raise purchase orders.\nUpdate Engineers assigned calls daily and report any calls that need further works to Service Manager/Supervisor.\nUpdate customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts.
