Role: 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer
Location: BSN01 (Travel to customer site required)
Working Pattern: Shift Working (0700 – 1500 or 1100 – 1900)
We are seeking a 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team alongside 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities will include assisting a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders through the IT Service Management Toolset, and monitoring Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation processes.
Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a 2nd Line System Administrator, you will contribute to this mission by working with new technologies within a team that values sharing ideas to enhance our service.
Your role will involve:
* Assisting high-profile user communities
* Engaging with customers and stakeholders via ITSM tools
* Monitoring Event Management tools, triaging issues, and escalating as necessary
Your transferable skills and experience include:
* ITSM Tooling
* Event Management Tooling (SolarWinds and SCOM)
* MECM
* SCCM
* Effective communication skills
