Activities & resident engagement
Housekeeping, cleaning & laundry
In this highly influential role, you will work closely with Registered Managers and central teams to ensure our services are not only compliant but consistently exceptional for our residents.
You will shape the moments that matter—delivering beautifully presented meals, meaningful activities, a welcoming entrance, and a spotless, homely environment.
You will lead and support catering teams to deliver nutritious, delicious meals that residents look forward to, taking into account individual needs, preferences and dietary or medical requirements.
Activities officers will be guided to provide engaging, inclusive and enriching programs that promote wellbeing, connection and joy in everyday life.
You will ensure our homes feel warm, professional and inviting, supporting admissions, housekeeping and laundry services to instil pride in our environments.
Drive quality, compliance and improvement through audits, feedback and data, meeting and exceeding regulatory standards while striving for continuous enhancement.
Lead and motivate teams to thrive, supporting growth and sustainability, and contribute to occupancy, reputation and financial viability through strong budget management, supplier partnerships and high‑quality service delivery.
You will have access to your own transport and be able to visit locations across our entire portfolio, with the contractual base at either Lincoln or Aylesbury.
Qualifications & Experience Leadership/Management qualification (Level 3+)
NVQ Level 3 in Catering/Hospitality (minimum)
Level 3 Food Safety, Level 4 desirable
City & Guilds 706/2 or equivalent
Additional requirements: DBS check.
