Job Description
The Quality Control Supervisor - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:
1. Supervise quality control activities to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
2. Inspect materials, processes, and finished products to identify and address quality issues.
3. Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
4. Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports and certifications.
5. Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
6. Analyze quality data and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in the production environment.
8. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality-related concerns.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Control Supervisor - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:
9. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
10. Supervisory experience
11. ISO 9001 experience
12. Experience in quality control processes within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
13. Strong knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in manufacturing.
14. Proficiency in analyzing quality data and implementing corrective actions.
15. Excellent organizational and communication skills to lead teams effectively.
16. Ability to collaborate across departments to achieve quality objectives.
