We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team at Kepak Merthyr as a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of the purchase ledger, contributing to the smooth financial operations of our company. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Finance Office in Merthyr Tydfil. As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a key role in processing purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner. You will collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve queries and chase authorizations for supplier invoices. Additionally, you will produce payment runs, reconcile supplier statements, and allocate payments to the purchase ledger.
Requirements
To be considered for the Purchase Ledger Assistant role at Kepak Group, you should have the following qualifications and qualities:
* IT Literate
* Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in purchase ledger
* Understanding of the principles of the purchase ledger function within a business
* Positive "can do" attitude
* Sound organization skills
* Good communicator at all levels
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
