We’re searching for a General Manager to lead the heartbeat of this iconic West End estate.

The Role
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind its success – shaping the occupier and visitor experience, maximising commercial performance, and building a thriving community. You’ll:
* Lead and inspire a close-knit team across operations, marketing and administration.
* Shape the future – influencing tenant mix, events, campaigns, and ESG initiatives.
* Deliver results – balancing operational excellence with long-term asset value.
* Represent the estate with charisma and confidence – whether in front of media, tenants, or local authorities.
* Be an ambassador – the face of St Christopher’s Place for occupiers, stakeholders, and the wider London community.
About You
We’re looking for a proven leader with:
* Strong experience in retail, commercial, or mixed-use management.
* Excellent financial and operational acumen (including managing a £1.85m service charge).
* A natural ability to build partnerships – with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Energy, creativity, and confidence to inspire, innovate and engage.
* A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with Brightbay and Starwood Capital to deliver the estate’s long-term vision.
