Senior Insight Analyst
West Midlands (3 days a week onsite)

I’m working with a leading B2B distributor that’s modernising its entire data setup - high visibility, commercial impact, and a mix of analytics + influence.
Day to Day
* Own pricing / margin / rebate analysis - understanding profitability at product + customer level
* Analyse complex high-SKU commercial performance (sales, stock, order-to-cash, cost-to-serve)
* Partner across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain & leadership to advise on decisions
* Investigate trends, spot revenue / efficiency opportunities, tell the story behind the data
* Support campaign / customer insight work (RFM, lifecycle, digital performance)
* Present back insight - simplifying complexity and challenging thinking where needed
What They’re Looking For
* Background in wholesale, eCommerce, retail, manufacturing or similar commercial / high-SKU environment
* Strong SQL + BI tool experience (Fabric / Power BI / Tableau / similar)
* Proven experience in pricing, rebates, margin, or trading analysis
* Able to translate analytics into clear business recommendations - not just reporting
* Confident stakeholder communicator - someone proactive and commercially curious
