We're looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join our growing nursery at Sunninghill Prep School. You'll play a vital role in shaping the earliest experiences of our children (from 6 months), helping them build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our passionate nursery team, you'll help create a warm, engaging environment where children thrive. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences
* Supporting each child's development in line with the EYFS framework
* Fostering strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Creating a secure, stimulating environment using imagination and empathy
* Encouraging literacy, language, and numeracy skills through fun activities
* Monitoring and tracking progress to support future learning
You'll Need:
* A full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
* A sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for early years education
* The ability to support children's pastoral and academic development
* A proactive and positive approach to working in a team
