Account Manager – (POS & Promo Expertise)
Hybrid | 2 days per week in London | Full Time
£35,000 -£40,000 + Bonus
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to support a leading client in the life sciences sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has solid knowledge of POS and promotional marketing.
What you’ll be doing
* Act as the key point of contact, building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery – print, POS, promo and more
* Provide technical advice and suggest innovative, cost-effective solutions
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
* Meet SLA and reporting requirements while keeping everything on track
* Oversee invoicing and account admin with accuracy and attention to detail
* Work on-site with the client in London two days a week
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in account management, working to strict SLAs and KPIs
* A deep understanding of POS and promotional marketing, especially within pharmacy environments such as retail health or beauty chains
* Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities to add value
* Process-driven mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills
