They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts
* Working on contract and permanent vacancies.
* Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
* Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience.
* Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
* Arranging candidate interviews.
* Attending industry networking events.
* Being involved in business development.
* Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience of working as a senior recruitment consultant within the energy, engineering, or data centre verticals.
* Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
* Experience of winning new business and able to demonstrate successful billing figures.
* Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
* Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients.
* Able to attend networking events as and when required.
* Ambitious and able to help develop junior recruiters.
