We are currently looking for an inspirational Pastoral Support Officer, who shares our belief that shaping our children’s social and emotional development is just as important as their academic journey.
We are looking for someone that has experience working with primary age children and who understands their development and is committed to ensuring every child at our school is thriving and happy.
The ideal candidate will have the empathy to work with a range of children who need additional support and guidance to fully engage and enjoy school.
We pride ourselves on strong relationships with students and their parents, so when you join our community you commit to always putting them first.
You will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to build relationships with children and parents, ensuring you can support them to the best of your ability.

Therefore you can expect a strong professional development programme whilst in post, which will support the postholder moving into leadership roles in the future or there is also a pathway into teaching through the Federation’s own teacher training programme, RITE.
