We are working with a range of vibrant, forward-thinking secondary schools across Daventry and the wider Northamptonshire area who are searching for confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams.

What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects
* Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and positivity
* Keeping students engaged, focused, and motivated
* Supporting a safe and productive learning environment
* Building strong relationships with students and staff
What we’re looking for:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence leading a classroom (experience with young people is ideal)
* Adaptability and a proactive attitude
* A passion for education and supporting young people
* A degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential)
