Saga Partnership Manager: We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded individual to manage and grow our partnership with Saga. As the Saga Partnership Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver joint business plans, drive portfolio performance, and ensure governance excellence. This is a high-impact role with visibility across Ageas and Saga, contributing directly to our Elevate 27 strategy and Podium Ambition.
Main Responsibilities as Saga Partnership Manager:
 1. Lead the development and execution of the joint strategic business plan with Saga, ensuring alignment with Ageas UK objectives
 2. Manage the Saga portfolio (c. £400m+ GWP), delivering against agreed GWP and COR targets.
 3. Oversee the partnership governance framework, ensuring robust performance monitoring and issue resolution.
 4. Build and maintain strong relationships across Saga and Ageas, from operational teams to executive level.
 5. Provide timely and insightful reporting across agreed KPIs and strategic initiatives.
 6. Represent Ageas in key committees and forums, including Pricing, Risk, Audit, and Projects.
Skills and experience you need as Saga Partnership Manager:
 7. Solid experience in senior portfolio or partnership management, ideally within insurance.
 8. Strong understanding of the Personal Lines market and regulatory landscape.
 9. Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic plans and commercial targets.
 10. Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills at senior levels
 11. Proficient in data analytics and performance reporting
 12. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with executive presence.
