* Team Makeup Leadership – Coach and guide team members on makeup artistry, delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
* Personalised Makeup Consultations – Serve as the go-to makeup expert for customers, offering tailored recommendations.

* Deliver the NYX Experience – Consistently execute NYX’s service model for a welcoming, personalised experience.
* Product Expertise & Storytelling – Demonstrate products, immerse customers in NYX’s heritage and provide tailored knowledge.
* Embodying Brand Excellence – Act as a NYX ambassador, providing bold creative service and merchandising standards.
* Staying Trend-Forward – Maintain keen understanding of the latest trends for expert advice.
Driving Retail Performance
* Achieving Sales Targets – Consistently reach individual and counter sales goals.
