If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the position of Purchase Ledger Clerk.Agility Resourcing is a leading recruitment agency that specialises in finance and accountancy roles. We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients team in Preston, for a 3-month contract. You will be responsible for:- Coding and checking invoices- Working out VAT payments- Paying out money via BACS or cheque- Checking and reconciling supplier statements- Filing invoices and statements- Dealing with purchase enquiries- Processing staff expensesTo be successful in this role, you will need:- GCSEs in Maths and English- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel- Bookkeeping experience- Organisational skills- Attention to detail- Communication skillsThe salary for this role is 24,000 - 27,000, pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications.
