Site Agent – Highways Location: Banwell, Somerset (BS29) Contract: Initial 3 months (potential to extend) Rate: £400–£450 Per Day OUTSIDE IR35 Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a high-profile highways project in Somerset. This is a critical role on a major infrastructure scheme, initially offered as a 3-month contract with strong potential for extension. You’ll be stepping in to support the site team, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and keeping delivery on track. It’s a great chance to get involved in a long-term project with strategic regional impact. The Role As Site Agent, you’ll be responsible for managing sections of works across highways and civil infrastructure, ensuring that safety, quality, and programme targets are consistently met. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, liaise with engineering teams, and maintain site documentation and compliance standards.
