Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Development Team Leader for an IT Managed Services organisation in Manchester.
- Base salary: £35k to £37k
- Commission structure: £15k to £20k
- OTE: £50k to £57k
The ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in IT Managed Services
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Focus on quality interactions over quantity
Responsibilities:
- Nurture marketing leads
- Convert qualified leads into appointments
- Identify key decision-makers
- Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Support team to achieve targets and generate leads
Qualifications:
- Proven telemarketing track record
- IT/Managed services prospecting expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
