Production Line Leader - Clean room manufacturing
We're recruiting for an experienced Production Line Leader to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What you'll do:
* Lead and support a team of operators
* Keep production lines running smoothly and efficiently
* Complete essential records and documentation
* Carry out visual quality checks
* Troubleshoot equipment or process issues
What you need:
* Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred)
* Confident leading small teams
* Strong attention to detail and dexterity
* Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment
* Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
