Responsibilities
* Work with technology using Alteryx or UiPath to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low‑code automation
* Support aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement
* Utilize intelligent automation solutions which allow the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes
* Manage and support with the implementation of projects and initiatives
* Support payroll team with processing activities if and when required
Qualifications
* Alteryx Designer Certification
* UiPath Certified
* Hands‑on experience with Alteryx or UiPath in an enterprise environment
* Experience in deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator
* Experience and a proven ability to gather complex operational processes and analyze effective/improved solutions
* Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
Preferred Qualifications
* Elevated understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
* Ability to prioritize workload and work independently using own initiative
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
