We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join their professional and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and experienced Senior Service Advisor with a strong motor trade background, looking to take the next step in their career with a business that is committed to growth, quality service, and professional development. The role is varied and will see you managing both front-of-house duties and supporting the efficient operation of the workshop floor. You’ll be a key link between customers and technicians ensuring exceptional service delivery and workshop productivity. Key Responsibilities: Handle all front-of-house duties including customer enquiries, bookings, and service updates. Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion. Manage day-to-day workshop operations, including job allocation and parts ordering. Ensure accurate completion of job cards, invoicing, and service documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and handle any concerns with a proactive approach. Contribute to operational decisions and ongoing service improvement. Assist in maintaining workshop compliance and health & safety standards. Opportunity to complete MOT Management Training – fully supported by the business.
