Job Description:
We are currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Microcement Installer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a specialist trade within a fast-developing area of the construction and interior design industry.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of surfaces for microcement application
* Help with the mixing, application, and finishing of microcement products
* Follow instructions from senior installers and supervisors on each project
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation on site
* Learn and apply KT Coatings' quality standards and best practices
* Travel to job sites (some early starts and travel may be required)
Requirements:
* Some previous experience in construction, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, or similar trades is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new techniques
* Good physical fitness and a proactive work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
* Driving license preferred (but not essential)

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,257.01 per year
