This is an exciting opportunity to join their engineering team working on a large-scale content syndication platform that distributes ratings, reviews and user-generated content across billions of products globally.

You'll join a high-performing engineering team solving complex challenges at scale, building modern cloud-native systems used by millions of consumers every day. This is a role for an engineer who enjoys ownership, strong engineering standards and real technical impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design, build and enhance scalable backend services and distributed systems
* Develop high-quality software using TDD and clean engineering practices
* Collaborate with senior, principal and cross-functional teams
* Own delivery of new features and technical improvements
* Support production systems, monitoring and incident resolution
* Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practice
* Contribute to cloud-native and event-driven architecture decisions
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years commercial software engineering experience
* Strong backend development skills in Java, JavaScript or TypeScript
* Experience building systems in cloud environments
* Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
* Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
* Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Desirable: AWS serverless, Kafka, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, Terraform.
