Knowledge of National and Local Strategies Experience of working across organisational boundaries. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have a theoretical understanding of principles of supervision. Experience of managing complex child protection cases Experience of attending case conferences, strategies meetings Experience of developing relationships with external agencies and organisation. Experience of working across organisational boundaries within health, those of our multiagency partners and the voluntary sector
