The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and operations team. The role involves managing digital marketing activities, including online advertising, content creation, and communications. The ideal candidate will play a vital part in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and ensuring smooth execution of various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Manage and analyse Google Ad campaigns, including reporting on performance and implementing improvements to increase performance
* Use Google Analytics to generate business reports and track website performance.
* Upload, update and manage content on the WordPress website, including articles, advertorials and news updates.
* Assist in creating and managing advertorials and monthly/weekly newsletters.
* Contribute to the production of weekly client newsletters and blog content.
* Coordinate and produce internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency.
* Support the submission of awards through written content and gathering supporting materials.
* Manage social media accounts including creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across platforms.
* Design and amend literature, stationery, and presentation materials as required.
* Assist with general staff requests, such as preparing presentation packs for workshops, including content replication.
What we are looking for
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for content and graphic design.
* Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office 365 suite.
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to produce and post engaging content.
* Basic understanding of digital advertising tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
* Experience with WordPress for website content management.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
