Proven track record of managing tenant applications, lease agreements, rent collection, and eviction procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
· Property Inspections:
Regularly conducting property inspections to identify maintenance issues, coordinate repairs, and maintain housing quality standards.
· Customer Service:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address tenant concerns, provide support, and build positive relationships.
· Problem-Solving:
