We are working with a values-led, not-for-profit organisation based in Cardiff that is looking to recruit a talented and driven Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation that offers a much-needed service.
You will be a naturally proactive and commercially minded marketer with a strong generalist skillset, including campaign delivery, digital marketing, and events.
Reporting to an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on role where you’ll support the delivery of multi-channel marketing activity that drives growth, strengthens customer retention, and enhances brand awareness. You’ll work across campaigns, digital, events, and partnerships—balancing creativity with data-driven thinking.
The job
* Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
* Assist in delivering marketing plans aligned with business objectives
* Work closely with the Business Development Executive to support existing client groups
* Provide marketing materials and support to key partners and stakeholders
* Coordinate with external agencies on PPC and paid social campaigns
* Manage email marketing, content creation, and video production in-house
* Support SEO and digital performance optimisation
* Assist in planning and delivering events, including pre- and post-event analysis
* Support community and charity initiatives to build local engagement
* Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines
* Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collateral
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Track campaign performance, reporting on ROI and key metrics
The person specification
* Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing or hold a CIM qualification
* Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience with proven campaign delivery
* Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media)
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in marketing tools (email platforms, CMS, social scheduling tools)
* Full UK driving licence
