Job Role
This is a key appointment within the firm’s Family Department, with the successful candidate expected to take on responsibility for a mixed caseload of private family work and eventually step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a varied caseload of divorce, finances, and private children matters
• Supervising and supporting junior staff as appropriate
• Playing a key role in the growth and development of the department
• Building strong client relationships and developing new business
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy
Job Requirements
• 5+ years’ PQE in private Family Law
• Experience across a broad range of family matters including HNW cases
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and confident in leadership potential
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Desire to progress to Head of Department in the short to medium term
