This is an exciting 9 month fixed-term secondment opportunity within the Learning & Development Team for an internal colleague who is keen to broaden their skills, gain valuable experience in systems training, and contribute to a major piece of transformation – while retaining the security of returning to their substantive role at the end of the secondment.
We are looking for a Systems Trainer to join our busy and innovative team to support the introduction of a new social care system, Eclipse, across the Council. This role offers a fantastic development opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, supporting others, and helping to embed new ways of working.
This opportunity would particularly suit someone who:
* Has experience of working within social care services, or
* Has experience of working with digital systems and supporting colleagues to use systems confidently, or
* Is looking to develop their skills in learning delivery, system implementation and change support
About the role
You will:
* Advise on, design and deliver digital systems training for the Council workforce
* Develop clear, engaging and practical training materials
* Support staff across services to confidently adopt and embed new systems
* Play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of a new social care system
