About the Role As a seasoned HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a high-performance culture. You’ll coach and challenge leaders, champion talent development, and lead the agenda on powerful, personalised PDPs that fuel growth and capability. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial setting and is passionate about creating environments where people and performance go hand in hand. You’ll also mentor and coach a direct report, playing a key role in developing future HR talent. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders, using your business insight to shape people strategies that drive performance and growth. High-Performance Culture : Embed behaviours and practices that support a high-performance mindset, ensuring our Winning Ways are lived every day. Talent Development Leadership : Own and lead the People Review process, ensuring robust succession planning, meaningful career conversations, and impactful Personal Development Plans that stretch and inspire. Coaching & Capability Building : Support managers across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on developing leadership capability and team effectiveness. Inclusive Talent Acquisition : Design and deliver inclusive recruitment strategies that attract diverse, high-calibre talent. Learning & Development : Shape and deliver engaging learning experiences, including High Performing Teams workshops and functional skills programmes. HR Systems & Data : Leverage SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting. Project Leadership : Contribute to strategic HR projects that bring our people strategy to life. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, commercial or consumer goods environment. A track record of driving high-performance cultures and embedding talent development strategies. Expertise in leading career development frameworks and PDPs that deliver measurable impact. Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a collaborative mindset. Confident using HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and managing data with integrity. Passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplaces.
