Commercial Projects Solicitor, NQ-3 PQE, Oxfordshire, Salary Up To £60-70,000 (DOE). Exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer to join the nationally expanding team of this prestigious Legal 500 firm, advising on a wide spectrum of commercial contract matters and procurement work. JOB REF: 215301477
THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join its growing team. You will take the lead on drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts (including financial and technical schedules) and coordinating project management to ensure exceptional client service.
The role also offers opportunities to build expertise in procurement, contribute to business development through tenders, pitches, and client events, mentor junior colleagues, and gain hands-on experience through secondments with key clients
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a Solicitor with between Newly Qualified and 3 years’ PQE, with a solid background in commercial law. You will have strong drafting skills, ideally with experience of the Model Services Contract, and the ability to deliver clear and practical legal advice. Experience working with government departments or in public procurement, as well as holding Security Clearance, would be advantageous but is not essential.
