Job Title: HR Advisor \nContract: 12 months\nLocation: Portsmouth, PO6\nSalary: Competitive \nWorking Hours: 9am - 5.30pm\nWorking pattern: Hybrid \nWe are looking for an HR Advisor to join an organisation who are located in Portsmouth, covering a twelve month maternity contract.\n\n D uties include:\n\nCollaborating with managers to attract, hire, and retain top talent.\n\nMeeting with new starters and leavers to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.\n\nSupporting wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.\n\nAssisting with employee relations, such as absence and performance improvement.\n\nAnswering queries and providing data insights (e.g., regional reporting, diversity metrics, staff lists, leavers, and movers' reports).\n\nSupporting team processes and checklists.\n\nReviewing monthly payroll submissions.\n\nMaintaining people-related policies.\n\nJoining project teams to support continuous improvement.\n\nExperience You'll Gain:\n\nGeneral HR experience in a corporate environment.\n\nExposure to the automotive, fleet, and leasing industries.\n\nKey Experience & Skills:\n\nPrevious HR Advisor experience.\n\nKnowledge of current employment legislation.\n\nRecruitment experience.\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment.\n\nA CIPD qualification is desirable.\n\nAttributes & Behaviours:\n\nAttention to detail.\n\nProactivity and strong time management.\n\nUnderstanding of confidentiality.\n\nA commitment to continuous improvement, inclusivity, and integrity
