This is a fully remote role. You can work from home every day.
Sitting within 2nd line, you’ll support the Head of Compliance with Compliance Advice, Monitoring, Conduct Risk oversight, Data Protection, and SMCR.
You’ll help identify, assess, and communicate the impact of regulatory and legislative changes and work with the business to implement any required changes.
You’ll provide compliance support and sign-off for financial promotions, customer communications, and literature as well as providing advisory support to the business.
You’ll conduct compliance monitoring reviews in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including control testing.
In addition, you’ll support the wider Risk and Compliance function, especially with the onboarding and monitoring of intermediaries.
You should already have Regulatory Compliance experience, preferably within an insurance firm, and be familiar with ICOBS regulations.
You’ll possess an analytical mindset, a curious nature, and a willingness to learn and develop. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
