2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Fully Remote
Day Rate: £190 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 3 months
Our client, a leading managed service provider, is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support a busy service desk environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of cloud-based technologies, with a strong focus on Azure, supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced setting.
What you’ll do
Provide 2nd line technical support across infrastructure and cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests
Support and administer Microsoft Azure environments
Work across user, device, and access management within cloud platforms
Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line teams to ensure timely issue resolution
You’ll work closely with service desk teams and wider technical specialists to deliver a high standard of support across a varied client base.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role within an MSP environment
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
Experience managing and resolving tickets in a service desk environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
