Senior Product Manager - RoW NL
Amazon is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Senior Product Manager for the RoW NL Product team within the Row APEX (Analytics, Product, and Execution) organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Define, design, launch, and manage new products aimed at reducing network loss in RoW marketplaces (IN, JP, MENA, LatAM, and APAC).
2. Gather requirements and conceptualize product solutions to address business problems.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across various functions and geographies to define and launch products or programs.
4. Manage technical integration with Amazon systems across retail, merchant, transportation, operations, and finance, establishing end-to-end operational, financial, taxation, performance measurement, and customer satisfaction processes.
5. Launch and expand products/programs in line with Amazon’s requirements, ensuring customer, seller, and operator satisfaction, as well as performance, compliance, and financial metrics.
6. Utilize customer and stakeholder feedback, benchmarking, and business metrics to inform decision-making.
7. Demonstrate product expertise by leveraging company-wide assets and capabilities.
8. Evaluate launch outcomes and incorporate learnings into future planning.
Ideal Candidate:
Will be able to own all aspects of operations related to controllable network losses, improve customer, shipper, and operator experiences, and manage performance initiatives. The role offers exposure to various operational, business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon.
The candidate should thrive in ambiguity, be capable of designing products with limited information, and possess excellent communication skills. Proven experience in leading large cross-functional projects and engaging with senior leadership is essential.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree or equivalent.
* 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
