The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to join our team at The University of Edinburgh’s Hospitality Collection. We are looking to hire a Junior Sous Chef on a full-term contract.
Your skills and attributes for success
* Experience in a fresh food kitchen.
* Passionate about modern food trends and cooking techniques.
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with developing and implementing menus throughout the hotels.
* Understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
* Be passionate about what you do and be an ambassador for the Hotel.
