Join Our Team as a Fish & Chip Dining Assistant at Bents! ️☕✨ Do you have a passion for serving top-quality fish and chips and delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic Dining Assistants to join our new Alfresco Terrace Dining and help provide our customers with a fantastic dining experience! Our Fish & Chip role will commence on Monday 14th July 2025 and you should be flexible to work Monday to Friday for the first 2 weeks to go through our Dining induction and training to set you up for success. ✨ The current Fish & Chip Assistant roles we have available include: Taking customer orders, serving crispy golden fish and freshly cooked chips, and ensuring top-notch presentation. Cooking fish and chips to perfection, managing fryers, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Keeping the dining area clean and welcoming, assisting customers, and ensuring excellent service. Handling payments efficiently while offering a friendly and warm experience to every guest. Supporting the Pizza Chef with pizza preparation when required. This role offers 20 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern of Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 11am - 5pm. The role will include evenings from October to December. You’ll bring enthusiasm, a great smile, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards. Experience in fish & chip shops, takeaways, or fast-paced food service is highly desirable. The role meets National Minimum and Living Wages. This role will include the use of our kitchen equipment, including fryers. Therefore, to meet our health and safety requirements, we are not able to proceed with any candidate who is under 18 years of age for this role. Why Join Bents?
