Salary: £130 – £230 per day

Responsibilities of an EYFS Supply Teacher:
* Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons using pre-prepared plans or your own adapted early-years practice.
* Create a warm, nurturing, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of pupils throughout the school day.
* Build positive relationships quickly with children, staff, and school communities.
* Follow EYFS curriculum guidance, safeguarding expectations, and school policies.
* Provide brief handover notes for the returning teacher.
* Adapt your teaching to meet the developmental needs of different classes and settings.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Recent or relevant experience teaching in EYFS settings.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Professionalism, reliability, and a positive, flexible attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
