Job Description
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie in their Education sector to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus, AL10 9AB.

* Monday to Friday- 35 hours per week shifts between 8am and 4pm
* Predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend support for events

Job Responsibilities
* Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
* Assist in prep for breakfast & lunch service
* Make food to recipe
* Carry out & maintain FIFO stock rotation
* Assist the Head Chef with stock management
* Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day Assist in food production for hospitality catering bookings
Key Requirements:
*
o Previous catering/ kitchen experience required
o Excellent team player
o Excellent communication abilities
o Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
