S enior Data Selections Analyst Location: UK Flexible (frequent working in our London office, EC2Y 9AL) Salary: £46,177 - £50,300per annum Hours: 35 per week Contract: Fixed term contract (1 year - maternity cover) Could you beresponsible for the design, development, and delivery of a variety of data selections, leading and independently managing various data selections projects? A day in the life of our Senior Data Selections Analyst Responsible for the quick turnaround of marketing data for an emergency appeal, across a range of channels, to both the public and existing supporters Adhere to data protection regulation and be responsible for the observance to such regulation when communicating with supporters Proactively use business analysis methodologies and templates to carry out regular process reviews. You'll identify where shortfalls might occur or have occurred. You'll propose corrective action, ensuring continuous improvement Amend activities and measurement following feedback / learning gleaned from service monitoring Identify key risks and propose solutions to mitigate these Produce guidance and best practice regarding tools, technology, and functionality to produce reliable and scalable data delivery and journey solutions Use agreed standards and tools to design, test, deliver and document selections and journeys Be a programme lead for one or more stakeholder teams; understand their requirements, ensure these are prioritised appropriately and keep the stakeholders updated What will aSenior Data Selections Analyst need to be successful? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to communicate technical information to a broad range of audiences Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. The ability to effectively negotiate and influence senior management Understanding of database technology with specific use when storing and manipulating large datasets (hundreds of millions of transactions) Analytical skills and proven ability to think critically Proactive and creative approach to problem solving Proven experience in using a marketing automation tool (e.g., SAS Customer Intelligence, Unica, FastStats) Proven experience of capturing and interpreting business requirements, creating and implementing technical and data briefs as a result Experience of launching and managing large-scale, complex projects to completion Experience in designing and delivering complex cross-channel marketing data selections and journeys, ensuring quality and compliance to agreed business rules Interested?
