We are working with a top-tier international law firm that is looking to bring a talentedReal Estate Finance Associate (2–5 PQE)into its highly respected London team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer who wants to immerse themselves in complex, high-value transactions and play a meaningful role within one of the City’s leading REF practices.
The team acts for a broad mix of major banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, developers and funds on some of the most significant deals in the UK and European markets. You can expect exposure to the full spectrum of real estate finance work, including investment and development financing, senior and mezzanine lending, portfolio transactions and refinancing structures. The partners are recognised as leaders in the field and are known for being hands‑on, supportive and genuinely invested in developing their lawyers.
You’ll enjoy real responsibility from day one, with plenty of client contact and the chance to take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with senior team members on larger mandates.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in banking & finance and meaningful real estate finance experience. Strong communication, attention to detail and a collaborative approach are essential.
