 
        
        Salary: NJC Grade E: £30,518 - £33,699 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 30.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year until 31st August 2026 (08.30 - 15.30 Monday to Friday).
Bratton Fleming Community Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work within our dedicated team, commencing from November 2025.
The role will involve teaching and supporting children across a range of age groups with additional needs in our Nest provision alongside working closely with our SENDCo to implement the SEND policy and support the delivery of SEND provision across the school.
We are seeking to recruit a member of staff who has a relational and inclusive approach to all learners and has an excellent understanding of SEND. If you have a positive attitude and are flexible and adaptable towards children’s individual needs and can use your initiative to motivate and engage children in their learning, then we would welcome an application from you.
