We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our South Midlands region, based at our office in Northampton. As our Commercial Administrator you will play a key supporting role in the Commercial Department., you will work closely with internal team members to ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and efficient scheduling processes. The efficient running of our Commercial Department is vital in ensuring the success of our large family-run business. A pivotal role in this department is our Commercial Administrator. What Will Your Day Look Like? A brief overview of duties can be found below: Run and analyse departmental and site-specific reports. Schedule materials in coordination with site requirements. Assistquantitysurveyors with day-to-day queries and administrative support. Working closely with other departments to provide Commercial support & assist with queries. Key working relationship supporting the Commercial Director, Commercial Manager & quantity surveyors. This is not an exhaustive list of duties; please see the job description for more information. What You'll Need To Succeed: Strong administrative and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
