Overview
Were expanding our team and looking for a dedicated School Reception to provide crucial support to our client schools in Peterborough. With a range of opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to contribute to a thriving educational community.
This role requires you to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday, as this is a full-time position that starts soon.

Responsibilities
* Meet and greet staff and students in the morning and ensure that any issues are followed up immediately
* Become a SIMS user and produce reports as and when requested
* Manage a varied workload using a structured, timely and prioritised methodology
* Act as the first point of contact for both telephone calls and visitors to the school
* Provide general administrative support for a busy school office
* Booking appointments and assisting with timetabling of support
Requirements
* Previous experience of working within a school environment would be an advantage, or in a similar environment such as a hospital, doctor’s practice or charity
* Must have previous reception and office experience with very good ICT skills and experience using all Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
* Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role)
* DBS on the update service is a must
* 2 proven relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, and exceptional administrative and organisational abilities
* Excellent planning and organising abilities
