We are looking for a project manager with experience of working across health & care services bring partners and communities together. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will act as a relationship builder and connector helping to join partners up and try new ways of working at a time of significant pressures and challenges. Providing transformation and project management expertise to make positive changes, build strong and sustainable foundations/relationships to tackle inequalities. You will work with partners to oversee cross organisational projects and initiatives of various sizes and levels of complexity to support the development and delivery of Neighbourhood Health for County Durham. Through effective project oversight you will strengthen partnership relationships & arrangements upholding the values of a ‘future state’ of Neighbourhood Health delivered by integrated teams. You will provide transformation and project management expertise to make positive changes, build strong and sustainable relationships to tackle inequalities You will be part of a rapidly developing Programme Management Office overseeing the County Durham approach to Neighourhood Health integrating services to achieve better outcomes, reduce duplication, make best use of our workforce, estate, and digital capacity. Evidence of successful planning and delivery of cross organisational projects ideally within the health, social care and/or voluntary sector environment. Excellent communication skills, being comfortable and confident in managing senior clinical and business people ensuring true co-design and co-production with clear deliverables.
