Job Purpose/Specification
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Planner, to join our Planning team for intake in September 2026. As part of your graduate programme (year one) we offer a great opportunity to work within other divisions such as our Building Consultancy, Residential, and Commercial teams. Thus, we offer a true opportunity to understand the role of planning in the wider property world which will support the successful candidate to achieve Chartered RTPI status.
* Undertaking planning duties, as directed by the Partners/Associate Partners of the Division
* Supporting with the preparation of feasibility advice, policy representations, planning applications and planning appeals as well as liaising with planning officers, clients and third parties
* Attendance at meetings, planning committees, pre and post application public consultations, as required
Person Specification
* Some planning experience is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to prioritise tasks, undertake research and manage time effectively
* Ability to write clearly and concisely
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Computer literate
