The Role
As a Sous Chef, you’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for our guests and our teams. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

* Are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them be the best they can be and maintain high standards.
* Have experience managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and enjoy coaching on the go.
* Have experience supporting your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
* Love celebrating success with your team, recognizing what drives individuals and their needs.
