What you will be doing and why it matters
We’re embarking on a major enterprise initiative to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud into our business operations — creating a single, unified platform for customer engagement, data insight, and commercial enablement.
This is a large and complex program for Iglu, delivered in close partnership with an external delivery partner and involving deep coordination with multiple internal functions. It’s a transformational change, and we need a Project Manager who can lead with confidence, clarity, and control.
This isn’t just another CRM upgrade — it’s a core transformation initiative that will shape how Iglu engages with its customers and operates its commercial engine. You’ll be at the centre of a change that touches nearly every team in the business.
Who will I be working with?
* Directly with our Salesforce delivery partner and their consultants
* Internal teams spanning engineering, data, sales, marketing, and operations
* Report to the Director of Engineering with close alignment to executive sponsors
* Liaise with architecture and product teams for technical and business context
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce integration program
* Manage the relationship with 3rd-party vendors, integrators, and Salesforce consultants
* Coordinate across internal teams (IT, marketing, sales, ops) to align milestones and business needs
* Track and manage delivery plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and change requests
* Run governance: stand-ups, steering meetings, status updates
* Ensure alignment between Salesforce technical delivery and broader business outcomes
What we are looking for
* Strong experience delivering large enterprise software programs
* Proven track record of managing third-party vendors and system integrators
* Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce projects, or similar CRM/MarTech platform integrations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management at multiple levels
* Highly organised, delivery-focused, and calm under pressure
