As a pivotal member of our team, you'll:
* Lead and deliver innovative housing projects from concept to completion
* Manage land and property acquisitions, contract negotiations, and financial monitoring
* Build strong partnerships with contractors, consultants, councils, and communities
* Champion quality, compliance, and customer focus at every stage
* Promote our developments through social media and community engagement
