Partner Marketing Manager (Remote, UK-Based)

A fast-growing SaaS provider is seeking a strategic and hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across its expanding network of accountancy and advisory partners. This role is central to scaling growth through collaborative go-to-market strategies, partner enablement, and high-impact campaigns.

The Opportunity

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy tailored to the accountancy channel. You will work closely with partner firms to co-create marketing plans, build joint value propositions, and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth. This is a high-visibility role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with the autonomy to shape how partners engage and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for our accountancy partner network
* Build and manage relationships with key accountancy firms, understanding their needs, priorities and go-to-market approaches
* Create and implement joint marketing plans with strategic partners, including events, campaigns, and content initiatives
* Develop partner-specific marketing content and sales enablement assets (presentations, case studies, battle cards, guides, campaign assets)
* Establish and manage a partner portal with accessible marketing collateral, training materials, and campaign toolkits
* Plan and execute partner events (both physical and virtual), including partner summits, webinars, and roundtables
* Lead proactive communications to partners through newsletters, updates, and regular engagement touchpoints
* Support partner recruitment initiatives with targeted campaigns, nurture programmes, and outreach strategies
* Collaborate with sales to track partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities through the pipeline
* Work with Partner Managers and Growth Marketing to plan activities, manage budgets, and optimise ROI
* Track, analyse, and report on partner marketing performance, identifying insights and recommending actions
* Champion our partners internally, ensuring their voice is heard in product and marketing decisions

What you’ll bring

* 3+ years’ experience in partner, channel, or alliance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
* Experience working with accountancy firms, financial software resellers, or professional services partners is highly desirable
* Proven success in developing and executing partner marketing programmes
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Skilled in creating enablement content and sales tools that drive partner engagement
* Familiarity with partner ecosystems, co-marketing best practices, and channel dynamics
* Analytical mindset with experience tracking partner-influenced pipeline and ROI
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C-level engagement
* Proficiency with partner portals, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and marketing automation tools
* Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice to have

* Background in FinTech or accounting software
* Understanding of the UK accountancy market and advisory services
* Familiarity with accounting workflows and practice management challenges
* Exposure to partner tiering models and incentive programmes
* Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing fundamentals
* Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events
