A leading Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. Consistently recognised as a Tier 1 practice by both Chambers and Legal 500, the team is known for its exceptional litigation expertise and its strong reputation across Wales and beyond.

The team’s work spans all aspects of tenancy enforcement, including nuisance behaviour, criminal activity, anti‑social behaviour, disrepair claims, homelessness issues, and the evolving requirements of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
Your responsibilities will include drafting court documents, attending and conducting your own advocacy at hearings, negotiating with opposing parties, advising clients directly, and supervising Paralegals within the team. The role offers genuine variety, high‑quality work and the chance to build long‑term client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 years’ PQE
* Strong advocacy or litigation experience, with the confidence to handle your own hearings
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Any litigation background will be considered, and the role may particularly appeal to those from criminal or personal injury backgrounds seeking a new direction
* A genuine interest in developing specialist expertise in a niche and growing area of law
Why Join?
You will be part of a dynamic, ambitious and supportive team within a firm known for its strong values, modern culture and national presence. The environment is collegiate and forward‑looking, with a clear commitment to professional development and innovation.
The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including hybrid working, generous annual leave, CSR days, birthday leave, pension scheme, death in service, local discounts, professional fees paid (role‑dependent) and a strong wellbeing offering through an Employee Assistance Programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a top‑tier team, work on high‑quality matters and progress your career within a firm that actively encourages growth and development.
